Downriver Chopped Competition

 

Fundraiser for Downriver Career Technical Consortium and Riverview Cooking Club

November 7th-- six professional chefs will compete!!!

 

The chefs competing are from

Sibley Gardens,  Café West, Gibraltar Trade Center, Grosse Ile Yacht Club, Hilton Garden Inn of Detroit Metro Airport, and an independent caterer.

(Each chef will have cooking club students to assist them.)

 

Tasting judges are from RCHS, Big Bear Lodge Restaurant, Henry Ford Community College Hospitality Culinary Department, and Sanctuary at Maryhaven.

 

Starts at 5:00 p.m.

Cost $5. per person to watch the competitors cook and listen in on the judging. Includes snacks and drinks.

$7.00 includes appetizers and drinks
