2008-2009 ProStart Cooking Team Cassandra Frenette Rebecca Young Sarah Partch This year's theme was Italy. For the appetizer we had a grilled vegetable neopolation tower with a side of pruschutto and cantalope and also a side of geona hard salami with an olive tapanade. The entree consisted of a spinch stuffed chicken brest, homemade gnocchi and sauted broccoli flouretts. The dessert consisted of a homemade cannoli, made with homemade filling.
