Where do I find my students Access ID?
Parents receive a PowerSchool Access ID and Access Password that is linked to their child from the school district after enrollment.
If you cannot locate this information please contact the office at your child's school building.
How do I add another child to my PowerSchool account?
If you have more than one student attending the same school, or if you were advised to use the same District Code or web address, you can add these students to your account through the web portal.
To add a student via the web portal:
- After signing in to the web portal, click Account Preferences on the left menu
- Under Account Preferences, click on the Students tab
- Now click on the Add + button and follow the necessary steps
If your students are accessed through different District Codes or websites, you will need to sign out and then back in to view each student, as the District Code is a part of your credentials and assists the app in determining which server to reach out to when verifying your username and password.
How does my student log into their 0365 Account?
-To login use the student email address which is your students ID number @ student.riverviewschools.com
-When prompted for a password the student will use their 8 digit birthday
What happens to my student 0365 account once they have graduated?
Once your student has graduated the O365 account linked to their name will be deactivated. It is good practice to backup any data stored with the account to a different location. Please ensure this is done before graduation as there is no set date for this procedure.

My payments Plus provides an easy-to-use way to make payments quickly and securely.
This includes payments for school lunches, library fines and various purchases throughout the school year.
How do I create my My Payments Plus account?
To create your My Payments Plus account please go to https://www2.mypaymentsplus.com/welcome and click Register Now.
You will then be prompted to register for an account; you will need to input the needed information and select Riverview schools district.
