The parent portal is an online portal accessible anywhere on the web that parents can log in to and see all of their children in one place, their grades, assignments, scores, attendance, schedules, and school bulletins for each school your children attend. If you have one student in middle school and one in high school, parents will see bulletins for both the middle school and high school.

Be sure to store your username and password in a secure manner.
 

Parents receive a PowerSchool Access ID and Access Password that is linked to their child from the school district after enrollment.

If you cannot locate this information please contact the office at your child's school building. 

If you have more than one student attending the same school, or if you were advised to use the same District Code or web address, you can add these students to your account through the web portal.

To add a student via the web portal:

  1. After signing in to the web portal, click Account Preferences on the left menu
  2. Under Account Preferences, click on the Students tab
  3. Now click on the Add + button and follow the necessary steps

If your students are accessed through different District Codes or websites, you will need to sign out and then back in to view each student, as the District Code is a part of your credentials and assists the app in determining which server to reach out to when verifying your username and password.

 

 

 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

 

 -To login use the student email address which is your students ID number @ student.riverviewschools.com 
       Example: 201230154@student.riverviewschools.com

 

-When prompted for a password the student will use their 8 digit birthday

       Example: 07022001

 

Once your student has graduated the O365 account linked to their name will be deactivated. It is good practice to backup any data stored with the account to a different location. Please ensure this is done before graduation as there is no set date for this procedure. 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Ecollect is a data collection system integrated into PowerSchool. Your student’s district has implemented Ecollect to share forms with you. These forms will be used to interact with the district in a variety of ways. All forms will be shared with you via the Parent Portal in PowerSchool. You will see a new “Ecollect” link on the left-hand navigation bar. Use this link to access any forms shared with you – no more depending on your student to bring them home! Forms submitted by you are automatically accessible to school staff via their PowerSchool portal.

My payments Plus provides an easy-to-use way to make payments quickly and securely.
This includes payments for school lunches, library fines and various purchases throughout the school year.

 

 To create your My Payments Plus account please go to https://www2.mypaymentsplus.com/welcome and click Register Now.

You will then be prompted to register for an account; you will need to input the needed information and select  Riverview schools district.
