Volunteer Background Checks
Please use the link below to complete the District Volunteer Form. Allow two (2) weeks for processing. Complete background checks early to be sure you are approved prior to your volunteering event. Please complete only ONE form per volunteer, choose all buildings where you will be volunteering. This form is valid for the entire school year. Once approved, you do not need to complete this for each event that you attend.
A member of the administration will contact you if there is any question or issue with your form or the results of your background check.
