Riverview Transition Center
Our Mission
The goal and purpose of the Riverview Transition Center is to provide 18-26 year old students with individualized supports as they transition into life as independent adults. Students spend time working in groups on developing adult/independent living skills. They also spend time working on job sites that align with their post-school employment goals. The students at the Riverview Transition Center are provided with real world, functional, fun opportunities to practice and build their skills with the support of an entire team.
