• Online Ticket Submission
  • Your login information to submit a ticket is your Riverview Email and Password combination.

  • To quickly submit a ticket email rv.support@resa.net  

• You may report issues to your teacher or to the librarian at your school. 
   
• RCHS Students: you may check out a temporary device from the library while needed if your Chromebook was collected for repair.
• Seitz Students: you may use a classroom Chromebook while needed if your Chromebook was collected for repair.

Riverview Virtual Students may drop off their chromebook for troubleshooting or repair anytime during school hours to Seitz Middle School.  (17800 Kennebec St, Riverview, MI 48193). 

The onsite technology team will assist anyone in need provided a ticket. 

If you are in need of technical support please contact your building's Secretary first. If further assistance is needed, a request from the building will be submitted through our online ticket portal and a member from our technology team will be in contact with you.

Schoology is our Learning Management System (LMS)

Schoology is our LMS, Learning Management System. It is a web-based platform that we use to manage and implement student learning. Here, your student will access their courses, and homework, and view current grades.

From a parent account, you can assume the role of your child to view their courses, set up notifications for assignments. You will find important building updates for each school including student and family events. Please joins your Childs School building with the join code listed in the Building Group Codes document below.

Classlink is our Single Sign-On Solution

Classlink is a web based platform that provides our students and staff access to all school resources. The built-In SSO and rostering feature provides instant access to apps by seamlessly authenticating in the background. This allows for less time logging in and more time learning in the classrooms.

Riverview Community School Technology Acceptable Use Policy for Employees. 

Optional Chromebook Protection Plan

At Riverview Community School District, each student is provided with technology to support instruction and ensure equitable access to digital learning resources.
Students in grades 6–12 are issued a district-owned Chromebook for use both at school and at home. 

Riverview Community Schools offers an optional Chromebook Protection Plan that families may consider purchasing their child’s district-issued Chromebook.
This plan is designed to help offset the cost of repairs or replacement in the event of covered incidents.
This is not insurance, but a district-managed protection plan that helps cover certain types of accidental damage. Intentional damage is not covered by this protection plan.
