Riverview Residents

Pre-registration

You will be providing us with your student and demographic information.

Create your PowerSchool Account

Check your inbox for a message from powerschool@riverviewschools.com.  CHECK YOUR SPAM/JUNK FOLDER.  Follow the instructions to create your new account or add your new student to an existing account.

Complete the Enrollment Forms

  • Log in to your PowerSchool account
  • Go to FORMS on the left
  • Click the ENROLLMENT tab
  • Complete each form, upload documents as needed, and remember to click SUBMIT on each form.

Proof of Residency

All must be current and must show date, resident name, and Riverview address.

  • Homeowners
    • Warranty deed, property transfer affidavit, land contract, current property tax bill, current mortgage statement, or closing statement
  • Renters
    • Signed and dated lease agreement including tenant and occupant names
  • MUST provide state-issued ID and 2 of the following - each must be current and include the name and address of parent/guardian
    • Utility bill
    • Health or auto insurance document
    • Vehicle registration
    • Bank statement
    • Voter registration
    • Pay stub

 

Living in Riverview without Residency Proofs

Suppose you reside with someone without property or a lease agreement in the enrolling parent/guardian's name. In that case, you and the owner/lessee must complete this SHARED LIVING AFFIDAVIT and have it notarized.  If you are sharing a leased residence, you and your students must be added to the lease agreement as occupants.

Only the parent or legal guardian may enroll students.

Documentation Checklist

Required for all students:

  • Parent or legal guardian government-issued photo ID with current address
  • Required proofs of residency
  • Certified copy of student's birth certificate
    • If birth certificate is missing, please complete this form, have it notarized, and submit it with a non-certified birth certificate, doctor's record, passport, immunization record, or baptismal record
  • Immunization record

High School Students:  unofficial transcript

Kindergarten/Young 5 students:  Health Appraisal/physical with vision/hearing screening and dental assessment.
